ReplyDeleteFor the guys who read this and are maybe jealous or suspicious... don't think that you are worth less than us to the devs! If we chat with them every now and then it's about _your_ issues and problems that you describe in the forum, the Wuala Community group or elsewhere, or about issues we experienced and which we try to reproduce or provide logs so bugs can be fixed.
We wouldn't be here without you - the big and nice community who helps in the forums, discusses on feature requests, ideas and bugreports how to fix or improve stuff and for whom we as "Masterminds" hope to provide a more direct possibility to be heard without appearing biased or too "formal". We are community members just like you, do this in our spare time and hope to improve Wuala that way a little bit just like everyone else does who joins the "Wuala Community" group or posts on the forum!

ReplyDeleteI just want to add one thing: thanks to the Wuala Team for listening to the users. If you didn't, the Wuala Masterminds and the Wuala Community wouldn't even exist. It's great to see that the users have an important role in Wuala's development.
