iOS Update 1.15 - Now for the iPad!

Another update has hit the App Store! Our newest update comes with a revised user interface. The logout button is now more prominent, while pictures can be viewed in landscape mode.

Best of all - the app has an iPad optimized interface, allowing you to view all your files on your iPad!

Download the app here.

  1. minor update for iPhone/iPod... I was expecting an upload feature, but okay the version number tells that there's no major change yet. One question: what's the blue arrow for on folder entries. In other apps, it's meant for item options, while tapping on the folder name opens it. In Wuala, this same blue arrow opens the folder too, upcoming options? thx.

  2. Hi Logos,

This blue arrow is there in order to open the folder. However, we may also change this for a future release and add other options.

  3. Thanks for your update. I do not need complicate (or unnecessary) options, only the upload feature :-) But wuala rocks! Really.

  5. Great update. Been using the iphone version on the ipad and it worked but been a pain ita to zoom. Now I have full time Wuala access from every computer and any system. Home on OSX, work on Windows, server on Linux and mobile on iPad.

Thank you for hard work and keep it up.

  7. Great addition, neat!

I've updated the iOS app (on iPad) but it seems I cannot approach the files shared in my group. Checked the blog, found a comment under the original post about the (then iPhone-only) release of the app, asking if group-access was planned. One of you answered that was indeed planned. From what I understand, a lack of group access keeps me from approaching the files in our group on the iPad in this release. Is this correct? If so, when will group access be incorporated? We're pretty reliant on it as all our files are in the group.

  8. Hi Pim,

No, group access it not implemented yet. As already mentioned, we're working on this.

  9. The App only works on iOS 4. This is quite disappointing because I only have the iPhone 3G.
Can we expect an update in that issue?

  10. Hey Roland

Unfortunately this is not possible, as Apple allows to create applications for the current OS or higher.

    Cheers
